Vero Beach combines a well-loved barrier island with a mainland that opens up into groves, pasture and acreage to the west. That western side is where you'll find equestrian communities and properties with room for horses.
Ten Square Farms, around the Polo Square community, is a good example: fenced acreage, a community polo field and a riding trail. I represented both sides on a nearly nine-acre sale there in 2025.
