What I collect
When you send a message or request a home value through this site, I receive the details you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell me about the property or what you're looking for.
Like most websites, this site also records basic, anonymous visit information, such as the pages viewed, how long they were open, the referring site, the approximate city and the type of device, and which contact buttons were tapped, so I can understand how the site is used. It doesn't use advertising trackers.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that let Google count returning visitors, and it records pages viewed, scrolling, link and button taps, and your approximate location and device. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, so this information isn't used for advertising. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com. You can opt out in any browser with Google's opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
How I use it
- To reply to you personally and help with your real estate questions.
- To keep a record of our conversation in my client management system, provided by my brokerage.
- To improve this website.
I don't sell your information. I share it only with the service providers that run this site and my client records, with my brokerage, SERHANT., as required for my work, or when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you tick the box on a form to be contacted by text, I may send you messages about your real estate questions. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Your mobile number and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've shared, or to stop contacting you. Email carolyntodd@serhant.com or call (561) 818-2838.
Security
Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that use industry-standard security.
